Strict Quality Assurance for Metal Casting
Production Preparation
Before production begins, we review the project requirements and confirm the equipment, tooling, work instructions, and production conditions. Critical dimensions, special structural features, and downstream machining requirements are also considered at this stage to reduce adjustment risks after production starts.
Material & Process Confirmation
Material grades, casting methods, key quality requirements, and inspection criteria are confirmed before production. The manufacturing plan is also checked against part geometry, tooling conditions, and downstream processing requirements to ensure the selected process is suitable for the project.
Process Monitoring
During casting production, key process conditions and equipment operation are monitored to maintain stable production and improve consistency between batches. Important production conditions are checked and recorded according to project requirements.
In-Process Inspection
Quality checks are carried out during production, with attention to part appearance, critical dimensions, and process-related quality issues. When deviations are identified, production conditions can be adjusted before the problem continues into downstream machining or final inspection.
Final Quality Verification
Before release, finished castings are inspected against customer drawings, technical specifications, and agreed quality requirements. This final verification confirms that the parts meet the project acceptance criteria before delivery.
Documentation & Delivery Preparation
After inspection, we organize the required quality records and supporting documents, and approved parts are identified before entering packaging, storage, or shipment preparation. This helps maintain clear delivery status and project traceability.
Integrated Casting & Manufacturing Support
We support custom industrial casting projects from process planning and production through CNC machining, quality inspection, and shipment preparation. Project requirements are reviewed according to part geometry, alloy, order volume, quality requirements, and delivery needs.
Order volume and lead time depend on the casting process, tooling requirements, alloy, part complexity, machining, and inspection requirements.
